The Twin Cities World Refugee Day festival is made possible by our all-volunteer planning committee members, the hands-on work of our day-of festival volunteers, the commitment and resources from our collaborating partners, and lots and lots of heart.
Putting on an all-day festival requires a lot of heart, hard work, and yes – - funding!
We aim to be equitable and accessible in as many ways as we can and some of those areas are in being able to provide a free public event, affordable food, free activities for the entire family, bus shuttles, and honorariums for the 30+ self-identified refugee artists performing on the cultural stage.
Your support of $20 (or more), will be a tremendous help in our efforts. I hope that you will consider giving so that we can provide another year of the Twin Cities World Refugee Day festival!
